I was able to get Watchtower Library 2007 to run on my Ubuntu 7.10 installation today.
When I first installed it and tried to run Watchtower Library I kept on getting an error about "c runtime library" was missing.
I downloaded Microsoft's Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86) and ran that using WINE.

After that I could get WT Library 2007 to run.
